Modern culture and civilization are experiencing unprecedented changes. We anxiously ascertain an identity crisis at the level of the individual, society, and culture. Modern people lose the ability to understand themselves, their own spiritual nature.

At the same time we must note the heuristic potential of the crisis of classical universalist theories that are no longer able to serve as an explanation of global processes. Some social and human sciences are powerless to face the global challenges of our time, and only the integration of the sciences on the basis of the philosophy opens up the possibility of a multidimensional and deep understanding of the situation.

Today, however, the philosophy needs to reach the public space. The philosophical science should be targeted primarily at solving global problems. In this regard, we need to develop a philosophical education, preserve and develop philosophical component in higher education. In terms of increasing the pace of automation of the educational process, students of natural sciences and technical areas in dire need of a living human communication and the development of sensible and intelligent abilities (emotions, sense of beauty, love and writing skills to express their thoughts, interact with people, and more).

The philosophers of the East and the West must join forces in the face of an anthropological catastrophe. Western science and civilization built on its principles came into a spiritual dead end, to exit from which you want to appeal to the alternative logical-semantic and value systems, to use the rich experience of Eastern thinking and understanding of the world - at the level of the scientific picture of the world and life practice.

One of the most urgent problems of modern science - getting rid of stereotypes about Eastern cultures and religions, in particular Islam - his alleged aggression and incompatibility with the West.

It must be remembered that the West and the Islamic world are originally creatures of Mediterranean civilization.

Only moral people are aware of the loss of human values. Existing paradigms of Islam are insufficient to create a dialogic language. Fundamentalism is not based on the construction of a dialogue, but on the rivalry. Since modernists interpret Islam through the prism of Western values, they do not find sufficient response in the society. Opinion of traditionalists is important from the point of view of their deep understanding of Islam, as well as an alternative understanding of traditional values of the West. Compared to other paradigms, despite the acceptability and impact, being unattractive to the wide range of people, this approach can be evaluated as the way of the elite. In this regard, Hizmet movement is considered as a way of solving the problem.

ISIS terrorist organization is a continuation of al-Qaida, not a physical, but a spiritual continuation. It shall become economically weakened and rejected by the society. Terrorists use the period of the weakening of states to spread. Terrorism has spread from the marginalized and radicalized countries to the central countries of the Islamic world, such as Egypt, Syria, Iraq, Turkey. It is known that about 20 thousand foreign militants fight on the ISIS side. In total, 60,000 militants fight for ISIS. Suspicious attitude towards Muslims will not solve the problems of terror, and will cause its growth. Islam has never and will never accept terrorism. Important elements of the spread of terror is a low level of education and economic instability. Global players have to work in these areas.

Islam can be attractive to the West, showing the model of social solidarity, the lack of which is experiencing a modern Europe. Values, approved today in Russia - the sovereignty, courage, honor, dignity, national culture traditions - can also be claimed by the West.

Legacy of Russian philosophical culture has relevance in terms of contemporary intercultural dialogue. In particular, the theory of classical Eurasianism can be successfully used as an ideological basis for the states located in Eurasia.

Dialogue - the basis of human existence, a driver for the constructive development of societies, cultures and civilizations. Dialogue of cultures - is not a utopia, it is able to prevent the escalation of conflict and the outbreak of war, including weapons of mass destruction. The dialogue of cultures should be equitable, based on scientific knowledge on the principles of objectivity and historicism.
